All Insurers have an obligation governed by the FCA to ‘Treat customers fairly’, you do not need to use your insurance company's favoured establishment and you do not need two estimates.
Your insurers 'recommended repairer' may not have manufacturer approval or hold a BS10125 approval, and they may not use genuine parts like we do here at Master Cars (Birstall).

If you are ever unfortunate enough to be involved in a road traffic accident that was not your fault, give us a call and take advantage of our complimentary accident assistance service.
Just one phone call and we will recover your vehicle if undrivable, provide you with a replacement vehicle if you were not at fault, so you are kept mobile, and have our expert technicians repair your vehicle back to its original standard.

Vehicle Recovery

We will also arrange for your car to be repaired by our skilled technicians at our state-of-the-art repair facility.
Courtesy Cars & Mobility
We have a selection of manual and automatic courtesy cars and vans available to keep you mobile whilst we are repairing your vehicle Subject to availability. We can offer free collection and delivery within a certain radius.
